A: To ensure everyone is safe while using a trailer, you must load it properly. Here are a few tips.

  1. Put the heavier things towards the front, near the vehicle pulling the trailer. This helps the weight spread more evenly and stops the trailer from swaying or being unstable during transport.
  2. Try to load about 60% of your things in front of the middle of the trailer. Start with the heavy stuff, like furniture or appliances, and then put the lighter items on top and towards the back.
  3. Use rope or tie-downs to hold everything securely and stop things from moving around while you’re driving.

Note: Doing all these things ensures your LogiPrime Rental trailer is loaded safely and ready to move your items.

A: Our team can help you determine the right size trailer for your needs based on the size and weight of the items you need to transport.

Note: Customers should never exceed the manufacturer’s weight limit.

A: Please remove all of your belongings from the trailer rental, including personal items and any trash such as bottles and food. Don’t forget to double-check for any forgotten items. If the trailer is returned unclean, an extra cleaning fee will apply.

A: Customers are advised to keep communications active so that we may best cater to their needs. However, the customer is responsible for the associated fees if the rental is not returned or available for pickup.

A: Customers only pay for the time rented. A refund of the unused amount of time will be provided.

A: If you experience a problem with the trailer, contact our team immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

A: If you need to extend your rental period, contact our team as soon as possible to make arrangements.

A: In most cases, you don’t need a special license to rent and tow a trailer.

Note: However, you should check with your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles to make sure that you’re in compliance with local laws and regulations.

To rent a trailer:

  1. You’ll need a Valid Driver’s License.
  2. Proof of Insurance that covers the trailer and a towing vehicle.
  3. Towing vehicle must be in good condition with Up-To-Date Tags.

Note: Check if your insurance covers the hauling of a trailer before renting. These requirements ensure your safety and make the rental process go smoothly.

A: LogiPrime Rentals does not have any additional fees for miles when renting a trailer or towing equipment. You are free to drive as many miles as you want when you rent the trailer or equipment without any extra charges.
